Vendors add a small JavaScript snippet to their website. The widget displays live monthly payment estimates based on the equipment price the customer is viewing. When the customer clicks to apply, they're taken to BNC Finance's application at bncfin.com/app. It requires no backend setup on the vendor's end.

Yes. BNCPay is free for approved equipment vendors. BNC Finance earns revenue through the financing transactions, not through fees charged to vendors. To get set up, contact us at support@bncpay.com.

The integration reads deal, contact, company, and quote records in your HubSpot portal in order to display financing calculations and create follow-up tasks. It does not access or modify any data outside of deal-related records. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

First, confirm the script tag is placed before the closing </body> tag and that your data-vendor attribute matches your vendor ID exactly. If the widget container element has a CSS display:none or zero height from a parent element, the widget may load but not be visible. Email us your vendor ID and site URL and we can check the tracking logs to confirm whether the widget is loading.

Yes. Vendors can customize the primary color, button text, and disclaimer text through their vendor configuration. More advanced styling (font, layout variants) is available on request. Contact support@bncpay.com with your preferred configuration.

Estimates are based on a factor rate model configured for each vendor. The factor rate multiplied by the equipment price divided by the term length gives the estimated monthly payment. Factor rates vary by vendor and equipment type to reflect realistic financing costs. These are estimates, not guaranteed rates — final terms depend on the customer's credit approval.

In HubSpot, go to Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps, find BNCPay Equipment Financing, and click Uninstall. This immediately revokes our access to your HubSpot portal. If you also want us to delete any data we've stored, email support@bncpay.com.
