How BNCPay collects, uses, and protects information across our widget, platform integrations, and vendor portal.

Plain-language summary: BNCPay helps equipment vendors offer financing estimates to their customers. We collect only what we need to make that work — primarily business contact information from financing inquiries. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We use it only to connect businesses with equipment financing.
BNCPay is a product of BNC Finance, a commercial equipment financing company. Our platform ("BNCPay") provides embeddable financing widgets, platform integrations, and vendor tools that connect equipment vendors with financing solutions for their customers.

We collect information in two ways: automatically when our widget loads on a vendor's website, and directly when a business submits a financing inquiry.

BNCPay connects with third-party platforms to help vendors manage financing inquiries within their existing workflows. The following integrations are available or planned:
HubSpot CRM
When a vendor installs the BNCPay HubSpot app, we access their HubSpot account to:
We store the HubSpot OAuth access token for the connected portal in order to maintain the integration. Tokens are stored securely and are never shared. Vendors can revoke access at any time by uninstalling the app in HubSpot or contacting us at support@bncpay.com.
QuickBooks (coming soon)
A future integration with QuickBooks will allow vendors to sync financed equipment transactions. This section will be updated when the integration launches.
BigCommerce / WooCommerce (coming soon)
Future e-commerce integrations will allow the BNCPay widget to appear within product pages and carts. This section will be updated at launch.
When BNCPay connects to a third-party platform on your behalf, we access only the data necessary to provide the integration's features. We do not use data from your CRM, store, or accounting platform for any purpose beyond operating the BNCPay integration.
We share information only in these limited circumstances:

Widget tracking data (vendor analytics) is retained for 24 months and then automatically purged.
Financing inquiry data (business contact information and equipment details) is retained for as long as necessary to process and follow up on the financing request, typically 36 months from the date of inquiry, unless a longer period is required for legal or business purposes.
HubSpot OAuth tokens are retained for as long as the integration is active. Upon disconnection or uninstall, tokens are invalidated and deleted within 30 days.
Vendors may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting support@bncpay.com.

The BNCPay widget uses a lightweight JavaScript ping to record that a widget loaded on a vendor's page. This is not a cookie — it does not store anything on your device. No persistent identifiers are set by the widget.
The bncpay.com website itself does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar advertising trackers.
When you visit bncpay.com, Cloudflare may set a security cookie (__cf_bm) as part of its bot protection service. This cookie is temporary and does not track you across websites.
BNCPay is a business-to-business platform for equipment vendors and commercial financing. Our services are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our platform, please contact us at support@bncpay.com and we will promptly delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our platform grows and new integrations are added. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active vendors by email.
Continued use of BNCPay after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage vendors and partners to review this page periodically.
